RBS news for April!
For Christians, Easter represents an amazing gift where our Lord laid down His life for us. He willingly took ownership for our burden of sin so that at judgement, we would be free of burden. Jesus was forsaken so that we wouldn’t be. The message of the empty tomb is one of the glorious hope of heaven and spending eternity with our Savior, Jesus Christ. Christians celebrate a Savior who overcame death and through the resurrection we celebrate the victory of Christ and gaining eternal life!
This is love: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.” 1 John 4:10
Thank you Jimmy John's!!
RBS was the recipient of a generous gift of lunch from our friends at Jimmy John’s here in Coppell on Denton Tap Rd. This wonderful business supports our kids and schools. Lets return their generosity and support them as they supported us!

Teacher Appreciation– May 6-10 is National TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK. We look forward to recognizing our amazing teachers here at RBS. We are blessed with a wonderful devoted staff that gives 100% everyday. Our dedicated classroom teachers and aides work hard everyday planning meaningful lessons that are designed to capture your child's imagination and strengthen their love for God and for learning. Our specials teachers are truly amazing , they are one of the things that sets RBS apart. Chapel, music, art, PE, Spanish, sign language, science and coding bring so much to our program. (I am delighted to announce that next year, we will be adding a library to the RBS line up!) We especially want to remember Ms Anyela, who is the Mary Poppins of the RBS kitchen! She is always on the go, she prepares and delivers our snacks every day for all the classes, and sets up and takes down the kitchen for the toddlers and twos. She makes sure everything is ‘spit-spot’ every day! We couldn't do it without her!
Show your appreciation for your child’s classroom teacher, take the opportunity to write a personal note or do something extra special that week. And do remember the aides and special teachers-We have a great RBS family that all work together to give your child the best experience possible!
Remember, our Faculty Favorites Book is a handy resource to find out a little more about your child's teacher's favorite things. Our specials teachers are also in the book!
Many of you have already come by and taken a picture of your teacher’s information. This book is located just outside my office on the middle shelf of the red table.

Musical Moments -Ms.Deborah
The birds and all of nature is joyfully singing as God sends spring to burst forth! We are practicing all of our end of year program songs in all music classes in preparation for the Spring Program on May 16th. The Toddlers, 2s, and 3s classes will also be singing songs about spring and Easter this month as we continue to work on tempo, dynamics, and rhythm. The Pre-K classes will continue to learn how to read music and play songs together on chime bells. Have your children sing their program songs at home. I am excited about finishing out this year strong and filled with a song in our hearts! May God Bless each of you!!
