Physical Health
Physical health is very important and is reccomended exercise 60 minutes every day. That 60 minutes could be used for riding your bike & walking or running around your neighborhood or just being outside is good for your health.
Exercise
Exercise isn't just for hard work it can be fun like playing basketball or football with your frends. And it can be just for running around your neighborhood with your headphones listening to music. But anyway keeps you physically healthy.
Heart healthy
Keeping your heart healthy would be exercising and eating healthy. Because of the people that sit and keep their heart unhealthy can cause type 2 diabetes and other severe diseases. This is why so many parents encourage there kids to play outside. I know my parents do!!!
Healthy eating
Eating healthy is an important factor in your health. Eating healthy will help you through the rest of your life. By eating healthy you could be able to avoid diseases other people get from eating unhealthy foods. And not exercising could higher there risk of being sick. So how healthy you are could effect your future in a good or bad way. That's why so many schools,parents and people around you want you outside.
