HDD/SSD
A HDD is a storage device that lets you store all kinds of data on your computer that can be accessed at a later point. HDD is Hard Disk Drive abriviated and is often referred to as a hard drive. A hard disk is really a set of stacked "disks," each of which, like phonograph records, has data recorded electromagnetically in concentric circles or "tracks" on the disk. A SSD is verry similar to a HDD but it has no moving parts and is much faster. SSD is an abriviation for Solid State Drive.
CPU
A CPU is an abreviation of Central Proccesing Unit. It is often reffered to as the heart of the PC. is the hardware within a computer that carries out the instructions of computer program by performing the basic arithmetical, logical, and input/output operations of the system. in terms of computing power the CPU is the most important peice of hardware and your computer could not work without a prossessor.
RAM
Random access memory (RAM) is the best known form of computer memory. RAM is considered "random access" because you can access any memory cell directly at any given time.
