Nashua Mission

Big Ticket Items:

In order to allow members to fully consider requests for big ticket funds and have time to generate questions and comments, the following procedures will be established:

1. Any PTA member may make a request

2. Those requesting funds may contact the PTA president

3. A request must be made at 10 days before the PTA general meeting at which it will be considered

4. The PTA presidents asks fora short description of the project and an estimated cost

5. the PTA president will include Big Ticket Grant descriptions and estimated costs on the published agenda for the meeting.

6. The PTA president will also distribute Big Ticket Grant descriptions and estimated costs to all members via e-mail or Facebook 7 days before the meeting.

7. Members may bring questions and comments to the general meeting or submit them to the President, who will read them at the meeting.
