CIS Weekly Updates
2022-2023 #6 September 26-30
PRINCIPAL MESSAGE
Picture Day is tomorrow! Students will take their picture some time in the morning. Please see the order form below if you need an additional copy. We will also have a makeup picture day in the future in case we have students absent.
We are working on ordering CIS shirts for ALL students. We are going to need to collect all the students' shirt sizes. Please talk to your student about the proper shirt size and record it on the FRIDAY page in their student planner. Shirt sizes run small so we recommend you order a size larger than usual. Once we are able to price the shirts and collect the sizes then an order will be placed.
Wednesday is our first night of conferences. Teachers have been working to schedule conferences and we have additional opportunities in October and November. We appreciate the opportunity to partner with families to help students learn and grow.
Have a GREAT week!
Brandon Cobb, Principal

COVID-19 & ILLNESS AT CIS
ODH recommends schools follow general isolation procedures from the CDC for confirmed cases. If students or staff feel sick or suspect they might have COVID-19, they should stay home and take a rapid test. If positive, students and staff should stay home from school for at least 5 days and longer if necessary until fever-free for 24 hours (without the use of fever-reducing medication) and symptoms are improving. Additionally, after isolation ends, students and staff should continue to take precautions as they resume normal activities by wearing a mask for 5 days (or after two negative tests 48 hours apart).
