Overview
Length and Shape (Unit 3) and Double-digit Subtraction Fluency (Unit 4) are a major focus of second grade core.
Remember to keep up with daily routines, especially those involving money as you go into subtraction with mixed coins and bills.
"In Grade , instructional time should focus on four critical areas: (1) extending understanding of base-ten notation; (2) building fluency with addition and subtraction; (3)using stand units of measure; and (4) describing and analyzing shapes."
