Principal's Message

Hello Wildcat families,

Tomorrow is our Curriculum Night and we are excited to meet with you virtually! You will receive a meeting link from your child's teacher by this afternoon. If you do not receive one, please reach out to the teacher directly. This is a great opportunity for you to learn about our curriculum, standards and teaching methods as well as the ways we help your kids connect with one another. I hope to you will attend.

Virtual Curriculum Night September 9

Curriculum Night will be held virtually on Thursday, September 9. Each homeroom teacher will host two sessions that night via MS Teams, so families with more than one child can meet with at least two of their children's teachers. If you only have one child here at Wilson Creek, you can choose which session best suits your schedule. The second session will be a repeat of session

5:30-6:15pm Session 1

6:30-7:15pm Session 2

Your child's homeroom teacher will send a meeting link by this afternoon.

During the sessions, you will hear from the principal, the PTO president and the SGC chair as well as your class room parent and of course, your child's teachers.

We hope you will plan to join us!

ESOL Virtual Curriculum Night Parent Meeting

ESOL Curriculum Night Meeting which will take place from 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm on September 9. You can access the meeting via the link below.

Emergency Dismissal Form-Please complete!

In the case of an emergency early dismissal, such as a weather related event, we will need to know how your student will be getting home. Each student has a red tag on their bookbag which will give direction to all staff members how your child will go home if this were to happen. Please complete the form linked below for each of your children. Thank you!

COVID Reporting

If your student has had interaction with a person who is positive for COVID, if they have tested positive, or if your child has been given a COVID test, please report that to the portal .

PTO: Join, Volunteer, Support

  • If you haven’t already done so, please consider joining our amazing PTO. Your support makes our school community stronger.

  • Supporting the PTO will allow us to continue supporting programs such as:

    • Science Force
    • Field Trip Transportation
    • School Agendas
    • Artist Day
    • Family Events
    • Teacher Classroom Grants and Teacher Appreciation Activities
    • 5th Grade Finale
    • Beautifying the school

    Typically, we spend $130+per child/per year

    100% of your support stays at WCES!

Public Comment

If you have questions, thoughts or ideas about how we can improve our school, we invite you to share them! Clicking on the "Public Comment" button below will take you to a survey where you can share your thoughts. These comments will be reviewed monthly at School Governance Council meetings. You can submit anonymously, but keep in mind that you will not get a response unless we know who you are. We look forward to hearing your thoughts!
