Igniting the future! 5/5/2017

From the Principal...

Dear Parents,

We are racing towards the end of the 2016-2017 school year at TC! I have been so proud of our students and staff, everyone has stayed focused on working hard and revving their engines to the finish line! I also want to make mention of the generosity of our parents and our PTC, who made this week truly special for our hard-working Thompson Crossing staff, in honor of Teacher Appreciation Week. It has been a wonderful first week of May, and we all feel so fortunate to be a part of this TC Community and partner with such AMAZING families and PTC organization!

Speaking of phenomenal families, thank you for ensuring your students were ready to go to work every morning these past few weeks with our barrage of state testing for 3rd-5th graders. I realize that testing can be very intense this time of year. Everyone in the building has worked hard to do his or her personal best, and that is all we ask. We are so proud of our TC students’ hard work!

We look forward to terrific final three weeks to the school year. Thank you to everyone that was able to attend our “Spring into Summer” Title 1 Family Night last night. We hope you found suggestions for summer activities helpful.

Regards,

Mr. Jeff Murphy

PROUD TC Principal
