π€ COUNSELOR'S CORNER π€
February = Kindness
February is all about kindness at Crivitz Elementary! Kindness is the character trait of the month and Kindness week is Feb. 13-17. Be on the lookout for dress up days, a Kindness Tree, Kindness Paws, and a Crivitz Kindness t-shirt. Classroom guidance lessons are focused on empathy, being kind, and stopping bullying. We can all make a difference with kindness!
Pop Tabs
The 6th grade student council is collecting pop tabs to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House. This program brings in an average of $6,000 each year. The pop tab program is important because it helps pay for families to stay at the Ronald McDonald House while their family members are in the hospital.
We are collecting aluminum tabs now until February 24. We will then be delivering them to the Ronald McDonald House. Students may drop off pop tabs in the bin outside of the main office. There will also be labeled containers outside of the main doors at the elementary school.
Thank you for your help with this important project!
