Learn the Proper Alignment of Yoga Poses to Improve your Health!
In this workshop, you will learn the proper alignment of specific yoga poses that increase energy, decrease stress, help back pain, and strengthen and tone key muscle groups in the body. Find out how you can modify poses such as downward facing dog, chatturanga (yoga push-up), and warrior poses to your own body. At the end of the workshop, you will have a better understanding for how you can practice yoga at home to optimize your health and well-being.
