Summer Reading

Do you want to know how you can help your child continue to build their confidence, knowledge, and growth over the summer?

Let’s READ!

Research shows that children who read independently are more successful in school. Independent reading builds background knowledge, promotes better writing abilities, increases scores on achievement tests in all academic areas, and fosters good learning habits.

All it takes is 20-30 minutes a day to develop good reading habits for your child. Those habits will help your child become a better reader and, most importantly, a successful lifelong learner.

Do you need some help finding books to read? Here are some FREE resources for you and your family.

  • Clever

    • When your child logs into Clever, you will find two digital resources for books.
