The Banquet & Goodbye
Thank You All
Well, I couldn't resist sending out one more newsletter to share a lot of banquet memories and the following information:
- The link of the video for this season is below and if you want the downloaded 1090 mp4 file just send your runner with a flash drive and I'll copy it there for you!
- Coach Taylor very quickly put together a gift I will cherish forever and I attached that video for all to see if you haven't yet. Again, left me speechless and with tears of comfort!
- I attached is my goodbye letter in case you don't have Twitter and if you didn't understand a word I said at the banquet. I tried to shorten it since we were running short on time so I am not sure if it came out right, but here it is if you missed it.
- A lot of you shared some awesome photos and I included them below! Please keep them coming through email or the GroupMe if you have some!
- At the very end of this newsletter I archived the tips and information that I have shared throughout the years on "Things that Only Runners Understand". From snack ideas to how to deal with an injury to when to toss out your running shoes...it is there!
Lastly, don't be a stranger and please stop by my room anytime or shoot me email if you just want to chat about anything! I will miss seeing you all regular, but I promise I will see you around, over summer running, and maybe make some appearances at practices! Enjoy the Winter Running and I look forward to hearing how you all are doing during the Track Season!

A Priceless Gift
Thank you all so much for making this video for me and thank you Coach Taylor for putting it altogether. I will treasure this gift forever! Literally, made my day even though it made cry more tears. I couldn't have asked for a better way to say Goodbye!
