Learn N Burn is more than a workout and meal plan. You will...
Learn how to eat. Learn how to build new habits. Learn to value yourself. And, learn to be confident in the choices that work for you. And while you burn bodyfat and calories during a small group workout, you will also burn the negative self-talk and the idea there is only one "right" way to be healthy!
Class Details:
When: M/W/F 5:30 - 6:30 am (workout followed by group discussion)
Where: A Step Above Dance and Music Academy 5901 Monona Drive, Monona WI
Length: 13 week session beginning January 6, 2014 and ending April 4, 2014
