At Grayson ES, we will teach your kids ways to recycle and compost to cleaning up litter and protecting animal species and habitats "• Help clean up litter.

• Take recyclable materials to a recycling center (for more info on recycle dos and don’ts, visit Waste Management’s website).

• Buy responsibly produced products, even toys like these, made from plants or recycled materials instead of plastic.

• Compost at home.

• Turn out lights when not in use.

• Don’t waste water.

• Program the thermostat to be more energy-efficient.

• Reuse and repurpose rather than using disposable items.

WHO: Parents or guardians of rising kindergartners—children who will be five years old on or before September 1, 2023.
WHAT: Register your child for the 2023-24 school year in an easy, two-step process.
WHEN: Starting Monday, April 10 and closing May 19!

WHY: Completing online registration will help us be ready to welcome your new kindergartner and make sure your child is eligible for summer enrichment activities.

Please join us on Friday, April 21st during scheduled class lunch times! Enjoy a picnic with your child on the Grayson Elementary campus! We encourage you to bring a towel to sit on.

You may purchase a hotdog, bag of chips, a dessert, and a water bottle for $5 (Cash only), or you may bring your own bagged lunch, if desired. Pop-Ice Treats will also be sold two (2) for $1.
