Principal's Message

Gateway Open House This week, Gateway will host its Open House on Thursday, September 14th. On Monday, you will receive an email with your child's schedule, a map of the school, and a staff directory. You will have the freedom to come and go as you please...Open House style! We will have student council members stationed around the school to assist you and give you a tour. Please bring your child’s schedule with you.

There will be no bell schedule and staff will not hold formal presentations. Open House means an introduction, face-to-face hello, and any syllabus or information the teacher will be providing. If you have more than one child, you will be able to meet everyone and gather information from all of your children's teachers. Please use the staff directory in the email to locate your child's teacher (it may be a different location than where your child’s class is located). In addition to visiting your child's classrooms, I would like to call your attention to areas where we will be highlighting important information.

  • 6:30 Title I Parent Information Session

  • 7:00 Senior College Information

**Parking in the front lot may be limited. Please feel free to park in the back of the school. We will have students and administrators greet you at the back entrance as well.
