Giving out info like this?

THIS KIND OF INFO MAKES IT EASYER AND EASYER FOR AN INDETITY THETF.

Medical Identity Theft

A thief can use your name or health insurance numbers to see a doctor, get prescription drugs!! If the thief’s health information is mixed with yours, your treatment, insurance and credit report may be affected.

What happens if you have a surgery planed and they have stole your insurance numbers and they go in and they get tested and they think it you and everything is back to normal thats your life on the line not theres.

Immediate Steps!!

1. Place an initial fraud alert

2.Order your credit reports

3. Create an identity theft report

THE CARDS ABOVE...

The cards above are Credit Cards witch you should use more then a debit card identity thefts cant get in to your accounts as easy.

In my opinion they shouldnt be doing it in the first place but they do so you should change your debit cards to credit card!!!! SO THEY DONT GET STOLEN OR USED!!

How Do Thieves Get Your Information?

They may work or pretend to work for legitimate companies, medical offices, clinics, pharmacies, or government agencies, or convince you to reveal personal information.

They are very snecky and will get what they want even if it takes digging in the trash.

Protecting your self

1. Be very careful with who you trust with just going up to the store five minutes up the road, they could be writing your card number down as they go.

2. Check up on your accounts every now and then so you will know whats up with your money.

3. Change your card if its debit to credit.
