copyright is a exclusive legal right, that is given to an originator to be able to print, publish, perform, film, or record literary, or artistic.
fair use is a legal doctrine that portions of copyright materials may be used without permission of the copyright owner.
Media can only be up to 10% or or 3 minutes, whichever is less.
text can only be up to 10% or 1000 words.
music, lyrics and Music Videos can be only up to 10% but in no event more than 30 seconds.
illustrations and photograph may be used in is 10% but no more than 15 images by an artists.
