what is Fat?
Fat is a solid or liquid.
They sometimes provide energy or they sometime lose engery.
Fats provide a lot more fat storage than your whole body so if you eat to much much fat, that fat will be in body untill you do some excersie or something that helps you lose the weight.
its full of sometimes sugar and other food coloring to sometimes make it look llike the color so ice cream is bad for you so you can eat it sometimes but not all the time.
Fruit pies sometimes contains sugar and loads amount if sugar in it.
why i choose fat because fat is a good thing in the body and sometimes you canot have to much fat. If you have to much fat then you might die from the fat. And if you lose to much fat you will also die from the fatness also
