Walk to School Day is Wednesday, October 5th!
Mark your calendar for International Walk to School Day on Wednesday, October 5th. This is a global event that involves communities from more than 40 countries walking to school on the same day! This year, in order to provide a more organized structure, especially for our younger students, we will have optional meeting points by grade at J.R. Newman Park. We are looking for parent volunteers at each grade-level to help organize and lead groups as they walk from the meeting locations to school. Please respond to firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in helping out.
