The PTO would like to send a BIG thank you to all of those who attended Tuesday night’s Open Forum meeting. There was an amazing turnout to this meeting and we couldn’t have been more thrilled to see so many people engaged in making a difference at CRES. If you were unable to join us at this month’s meeting, please mark your calendars and join us for our next Open Forum Meeting on January 5, 2016 at 7:00pm. Childcare will be provided by the YMCA.

We are pleased to announce the winner of the Riley Traveling Trophy for most parent/guardian participation at this week’s PTO Open Forum meeting. Congrats to Mrs. Carrell and Mrs. Knutson's first graders who won the shoe race in PE class! They were responsible PE students and remembered to wear their tennis shoes on PE day. Tennis shoes make for safe feet in PE. Ask your child to explain the shoe race. The class won a giant pair of basketball shoes that were worn by an Indiana Pacer basketball player. They are a size 17!!!! Keep up the good work being responsible and safe PE students!!! -Mrs. Fox
