Kids' Club News

Welcome back everyone! We all hope everyone had a great break and are well rested to come back to school!

Due to the weather change, we have been spending more time indoors. We have homework room almost everyday and the children take full advantage of that! We also have been using the gym more often and the children are learning group games that show sportsmanship as well as team building. During computer lab the children have been playing educational games or using that time to do homework that involves the computer. We are making the best of our spaces and getting outside as much as possible!

Important Dates to Remember!

We have another half day coming up! January 29, 2016! If you want your child to attend our extra care on our half day then you must have a form filled out. When completed, they can be returned to a Kids' Club teacher and we will submit them to our ECE office. On those days please remember to pack a lunch for your child as lunch will not be provided.

Our deadline to register for the half day is January 15, 2016

We plan on making slime monsters! The kids will get to decorate a mason jar to look like a monster and get to pick a color for their monster!

If anyone has any questions please feel free to email me, call or talk when picking up or dropping off :)

Key Fobs

Key Fobs have been distributed to each family for building access. They are activated to work from 7:00-8:45 a.m. and 3:45-6:00 p.m. Access is not provided prior to 7:00 a.m.

We ask the parents to use their own key fobs to enter the building. Please do not hold the door open for others. In the event that this does happen your fob still must be scanned before entering the building. If your fob does not work please call our classroom phone at 248-465-2565 for staff to open the door.

Thank you!
