What is the compost cycle?
The compost cycle is very simple. Natural materials such as grass clippings, leaves, and food scraps are put together, usually in a compost bin, and then they are gradually broken down into a material that is called hummus or compost. The speed at which the materials are broken down can be affected by changing the amount of heat in the compost.
