Shout Outs!
Thank you all for a successful first week of school! Our kids were engaged the minute they walked in the building. I know we're all exhausted and ready for the looooong weekend.
Here are a few Shout Outs that I wanted to share with the group!
- Holy Moly! If you want to see skill, patience, and passion, head on down to Kindergarten! These 3 ladies have done a fantastic job of welcoming the newest and youngest members of our Austin family. It hasn't been easy, but they have done it with style and grace.
- The glue that holds our building together is our tireless Office Staff. Missie, Jenny, and Janie have been cool under pressure and worked to organize/fix things that affect us all. Thank you Missie for coordinating our Chik-Fil-A order!
- One of the things that continues to amaze me is how the members of our Austin family step in and help others when they need it. That was evident with our Support Staff this week. This group of ladies filled in, jumped in, helped out, and just about everything else to support our classroom teachers. Thank you in particular to all those that helped support our Kinder teachers with a few "situations." :)
- Mr. Fix-It has been on the prowl. Thank you David for helping us all out around the building and in the Lounge.
- Last but not least... I have to commend our classroom educators for the quality instruction that is already happening the FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL! Whether it is team building activities, Great Expectation activities, rules/procedures lessons, etc... the experiences that you are already providing for our kids are engaging and meaningful.
