Blisters and some thickening of the skin .... 2nd Degree Burns looks wet or moist, affects the first and second layers of skin (epidermis and dermis). Blisters may come and pain can be severe.
3rd Degree Burns
Widespread thickness with a white , leathery appearance ... 3rd Degree Burns carry the most rick for complications such as infections , blood loss , and shock .

You can prevent burns by staying away from fire . Unplugging ALL electronics while being unsupervised , and use precaution at all times .
