PARENTS - PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR FEEDBACK

Parents of Davis School District students, we need your voice! There are a few different surveys available now and until March 5th. Please provide feedback about your students' teachers and other elements of the school. These anonymous surveys provide data to teachers and principals to improve instruction and other services at the school. Log in to take the surveys by following this link: https://mydsd.davis.k12.ut.us/Survey

For assistance, contact the Assessment Department at 801-402-5305.

Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Is this another system I need to log into to take a survey?

  • The surveys are in myDSD. The same place you go to check your students’ grades or attendance. The link above is provided for convenience to take you directly to the myDSD survey page.
2. Why do I have to log in to take an anonymous survey?
  • Our survey system uses the information in myDSD for the delivery of each survey into parent and student accounts. This system is designed to separate survey responses from the respondent once the survey is submitted.
3. Do teachers and administrators see the results?
  • Yes. This data is available to confidentially view, it will contribute to end of year evaluations and goal setting for the next school year.
Feel free to contact the Assessment Department if you have any questions about the DSD survey system.

Big picture

State opens a third free COVID-19 testing location in Davis County

The Utah Department of Health continues to see an increased request for rapid testing clinics. In addition to the state-run clinics at Woods Cross High School and Freeport Center, a new clinic will be opened in the Davis Technical College (DTC) Student Commons.

Any member of the public can receive those COVID-19 tests for free whether they believe they exhibit symptoms of the virus or not. That includes students and staff of the school district who want to return to school after a seven-day quarantine rather than wait to return after 10 days. These clinics are not run by the Davis School District. All clinics run on the days and times listed through the end of February.
