Transition Resources
ISOK/ OVCA SY21-22
What is Transition?
For students who are 16 or entering high school, Transition is your RIGHT under IDEA law. That means, as a student who is attending high school, who also has a disability, it is essential we provide you an opportunity for Transition Planning.
You will begin seeing transitional assessments and hearing us talk a lot more about this word TRANSITION over the next 4-5 years. Your future is important to us, and we want to provide you with services that will empower you to reach your goals. You will also see many new opportunities to learn about Transition Planning.
