LEAD Corner

Big image
"Conferences are about behavioural outcomes, not about the physical outputs". This was one of the many outtakes of the LEAD Summit, a small-scale conference held last weekend at the MC Office for the 50 MyLDS Tribal Leaders and 5 oGCP ambassadors, where the delegates were taught on how to engage in the art of conversation to accelerate and optimize the experiences we deliver in the organization.

To keep the spirit of outcome alive in this first week after LEAD Summit, we will now be adding a LEAD Corner to each weekly national newsletter that will include resources, recommended literature, videos or articles that can support you especially in improving your LC's team experiences.

For today, we give you the Strengths Finder Test, which can help you understand yourself better in terms of the strengths you can leverage within you.
All you need to do is read through the list and then pick the 10 strengths out of the available 34 that you feel you most have. After that, you pick the 5 out of those 10 that you feel are your top strengths. The results may surprise you, try it out!
