The B.Y.E. Buzz

Week of January 4

Principal Corner

Welcome back!! We are excited to see the students tomorrow. Please let us know if there is anything we can help with as we transition into the second semester. Some important reminders as we start back to school:

  • Covid safety measures will continue to be followed- masks, distancing, and handwashing
  • Students learn better on a full nights sleep.
  • Research shows that students will learn better if they are not hungry. Breakfast and lunch are served at school daily. Meals are free for all students this school year.
  • Students should read several nights during the week. Make a schedule that works best for your family.
  • Remember to have fun as a family. These family experiences carry over into background knowledge that will be used in school.
  • If your child is not feeling well, please be extra cautious and do not send them to school. Feel free to call nurse Amy if you have any questions.
