Valentine's Day order forms
A peek into our week
Wow, this is the first 5 day week we have had in awhile and we took advantage of it! We finished our snow globes and got them hung in the hall. Be sure to check them out - They are pretty "cool" and we are now working on stories to go with them. We hope to visit the computer lab next week so we can type and print them.
ELA- We learned a lot about Martin Luther King Jr. during our Guided Reading Time. Our Spelling words focused on Present and Past tense verbs and we also worked more with prefixes and suffixes. We reviewed Beginning, Middle, and End and applied this to our Snow Globe stories we are working on.
Math - We finished our Chapter 4 and I am so proud of how well everyone did. They are really learning how to think and share how they are working out their Math Problems. We will begin 2 digit subtraction next week.
Social Studies - Map Skills continued to be a lot of fun. We focused on the difference between city, state, country, and continent - this can be a littte tricky.
Bible - We finished our "I'm Sorry" unit and worked on our Chapel Devo which is next Tuesday at 7:55. You are welcome to join us if you can.
