What's Happening at MHS!
2015-16 NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY
MHS recently inducted 67 students into the MHS National Honor Society at a ceremony held in the MHS Auditorium. Requirements to be in National Honor Society include a 3.5 cumulative grade point average and participation in one school activity. Students should also be in good standing with the school and be of good character. Listed below are this year's inductees:

Muscatine High School students from advanced welding and agriculture classes got a behind the scenes tour to see how John Deere’s combines are made in one of the most modern and efficient factories in the world. Our factory tour guides took us through each stage of the manufacturing process, explaining how all the pieces come together to create these massive green machines.

We will have Live & Silent Auctions, a 50/50 Raffle, cake & ice cream to eat, a photo booth, pork chop sandwiches and more. If you’ve never been to the Muskie Booster Club Cake Auction before, don’t miss out on this GREAT tradition. The Cake Auction is one of our biggest fundraisers. In fact, the Muskie Booster club supports more than 45 student groups, clubs and activities at the Muscatine High School. We are focusing on Phase II of the high school facilities expansion project that involves our gym, concessions, weight room and more. v Are you or your group interested in donating a cake? Please submit the form below to MHS, Attn Boosters, 2705 Cedar Street, Muscatine, IA. • Cake Drop-off Locations: Before 2:00 pm, bring cakes to the MHS front main office. From 2:00pm to 4:00pm, bring cakes to the cafeteria. Please have all cakes to the school by 4:00pm. • Assistance Available: We will have rolling carts and staff able to assist you at delivery.
