What is it?
A sports injury is pain or damage to the body during or due to athletic activity.
What are the most common sports injuries?
- knee injuries
- shin pain
- achilles tendon injuries
- fractures
- sprains
- strains
- dislocations
- swollen muscles
How can I prevent this?
- Always wear helmets, knee pads, and other protective gear.
- Put aside some time to warm up and cool down.
- Be fully aware of the rules involved with the game.
- Be aware of your surroundings and on the lookout for others.
- If injured, don't play.
