What is it?

A sports injury is pain or damage to the body during or due to athletic activity.

What are the most common sports injuries?


  • knee injuries
  • shin pain
  • achilles tendon injuries
  • fractures
  • sprains
  • strains
  • dislocations
  • swollen muscles

How can I prevent this?

  1. Always wear helmets, knee pads, and other protective gear.
  2. Put aside some time to warm up and cool down.
  3. Be fully aware of the rules involved with the game.
  4. Be aware of your surroundings and on the lookout for others.
  5. If injured, don't play.
