Halo Highlight- Saints March to Give
We couldn't be more excited to launch our Saints March to Give- Week of Giving on Monday, March 25! All donations to The Saints Fund received during this week will be matched up to $25,000, so we encourage you to be as philanthropic as you can to double your impact on the students, teachers and programs at St. Louis Catholic.
Please enjoy a short video from our Saints Ambassadors below, and watch for more content on social media throughout the week. Together, we can achieve transformational goals for our school!
ACADEMIC UPDATES
Aspire Testing April 1-2; 2019-20 Course Planning Guide
Aspire testing will be held in early April. All students will test on April 1-2, and students with service plans may be scheduled to continue testing through April 5. The purpose of standardized testing is to determine student growth as well as to provide data to guide academic programming. So that all students can perform their best on test days, it’s important to ensure adequate sleep the night before and have a nutritious breakfast with protein.
Our counselors have almost finished meeting with current 9th-11th graders to update their four-year plan before the opening of course requests for the 2019-2020 school year. Individual conferences will continue through March 29.
Our new Course Planning Guide for 2019-2020 is almost complete. Each student will receive a copy along with their draft four-year plan to bring home to parents with instructions on this year’s online Course Request process. Information will be emailed to all families as soon as the Course Planning Guide is complete.
- Congratulations to our 26 Saints students who received invitations to Academic Signing Day at McNeese State University on Friday, March 22! Read more.
The next ACT testing date is June 8. Please note the registration deadline of May 3.
