On behalf of the staff at Nathan Adams Elementary School, I am happy to welcome you to the 2019-20 school year! We are looking forward to a productive partnership with you to ensure every child achieves their highest potential. In order to be successful in school, every child needs support from both the home and school. Therefore, a strong partnership with you will make a great difference in your child’s education. As partners, we share the responsibility for every child's success and want you to know that we will do our very best to carry out our responsibilities. We ask that you guide and support your child’s learning at home by reviewing and committing to the "Tips for Parents" section below.
Also, please consider joining our school volunteer program as our students can greatly benefit from your involvement. Our Community Liaison, Ms. Gomez, would be happy to connect with you and assist you with the volunteer process. We seek volunteers to help us with the following activities:
- Reading with children
- Co-sponsoring a club
- School-wide events
- Outreach and recruitment of parent and community volunteers
Again, welcome back and if you are new to the school, I'd like to personally welcome you to the Armadillo Family. As always the staff and I feel privileged to be a part of the school community and look forward another successful school year.
Sincerely,
Adrian Luna
Sinceramente,
