How did Doodle die?
Doodle and the narrator were running from the storm in the pouring rain and Doodle was left behind. The narrator kept walking and running faster and faster so Doodle couldn't keep up.
Why did Doodle die?
Doodle died because he was over exhausted and had been worked to hard. He was given too much of a heavy work load too soon.
