Aromatherapy

What is aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is of French origin and became a thing after an accident caused by French chemist Rene-Maurice Gattefosse. The practice of aromatherapy is using natural oils extracted from various plants to enhance psychological and physical well-being. It is believed that the inhaled aroma from these "essential" oils stimulates brain function, and travel through the blood stream to help heal bodies once absorbed through skin. It is known for pain relief, lifting up or calming down ones mood and increasing brain function.
