Social Networking and Web 2.0
Some Things I've Learned in Class this Semester!
What is Web 2.0??
When I first started this course I had no idea what web 2.0 meant. I figured it would be a course that taught us how to use Facebook and maybe a few other sites. Now that I have a better understanding of what social networking and web 2.0 really is I wanted to create a SMORE that put all the things together I think I'll use in the future! SMORE is a neat website that is like an online bulletin board. It works well for personal thoughts, presentations and events!
Technology's Important Role for Teachers and Students
How can we use technology tools for the future generation?
Throughout this course we have learned so many ways technology affects our daily lives and how often students and teachers both are using technology to better ourselves for the future. I thought I was up to speed on the skills I had with computers but once I took this course I realized I am nowhere near where I could be.
