Something big is coming!!
As you have may noticed your body is changing, you're probably sore, tired, and hungry all of the time. But you are about to go through a great and wonderous change that will change your life forever. You are about to add a new little member to your family that will depend on you for warmth, food, and most importantly, love. It's important to take care of your body by use of regular exercise, healthy food, and plenty of rest.
Here are some tips to keep in mind.
Eating Healthy is the way to go.
You'll want to be sure to plan your diet appropriately to not only nourish your body for yourself, but also for your little munchikin growing in your belly. Plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables are always a good choice.
Regular Exercise.
The use of regular exercise can help with all of the aches and pains that might come with being pregnant. Your body is going to be changing and you'll probably feel aches and pains that you've never felt before. By practicing yoga or stretching regularly you'll be able to alleviate a lot of the soreness and aches your muscles and bones will be going through.
Steady Support System.
It's very important to have a good support system whether it is a significant other, parents, siblings, or friends. Your body is going to change so much chemically and physically that things might get a little rough and tough at times. Having someone you can trust with your during this process has been proven to help mentally as well as emotionally.

There are about to be a lot of changes going on soon that might take you by surprise and if this is something you've never gone through before. The expectant mother is going to be going through so many changes it'll seem like a roller coaster, so great and high at times, but then just as suddenly drop and leave you clinging to whatever you can get your hands on. Don't be too surprised at any of the weird requests she might come up with, she's just trying to make the little human in her belly happy. The best thing you can do, is just roll with it.
