Symbol

choose this diary to present Anne frank because she always liked to write and she wanted to become a writer. Every day in the Annex she wrote in the diary she received for her birthday. Her diary would be published when the radio said that after the war was over. Anne began to make copies of her diary. Altogether I believe that this diary kept her go over her 2-3 year stay in the annex. This diary describes her dreams because she wanted to be a famous writer who traveled. If Anne was still alive she could’ve had her dream come true, but she died in a camp days from liberation. Her dad Otto frank latter published her book and as well as Anne’s life dreams. The story in this diary was published in every language and read by schools, churches and many young students.

Theme hope

I choose you must have hope for anne because she was in hiding for 2 years and she never forgot her dreams or her goals. For example she wanted to become an author or an actor and when n she realized she could publish her diary she made copies and started proof reading and making sure it was ready to publish when the war is over. Anne always told others about how she had this great dream to become a well-known author she always wanted to stick out and not be like any ordinary women. Even though Anne died she still accomplished her life goal, to be a well-known publisher thanks to her father Otto. Even though in her last moments were horrifying she still had a smile of hope.

Theme perserverance

I choose perserverance because no matter how bad it got she always was the one to come up with good things to make it better. For example when it was Hanukkah and they were ending it out she brought out some small homemade gifts she gave Mrs. Van Dan some soap because no one had it and she made everyone feel good about their gifts. Anne always asked people to dance or talk to her she always was up and moving being a nuisance. Even though she was a nuisance at times she always meant to entertain or be a brighter person.
