Virtual STEAM & Math Conference

We are pleased to offer this full-day virtual STEAM & Math institute, featuring Brad Waid,

technology integration specialist, motivational speaker, and influencer, who will be presenting two half-day sessions for a K-12 audience. Also featuring Emily Hankins with an Early Childhood Session & David Ritter, who is providing sessions for secondary teachers. Sponsored by the NW MT Educational Cooperative and hosted through the Zoom digital meeting platform, join us for some high-quality professional learning to kick off the new year!

NEW on OPI Teacher Learning Hub: Taking What We Have Learned Into the Fall

Enroll in our new three-week course on the Teacher Learning hub! This course will run June 15- July 3, 2020 as a facilitated course open to all K-12 Montana educators. This course includes multiple ways to connect and reflect on the past three months of remote learning. This course includes Zoom discussions, discussion boards, articles, and a final assignment.

Course Goals:

  • Reflect on and share successes and challenges during remote learning.
  • Provide time and space to research evidence-based practices.
  • Integrate remote learning successes and effective teaching practices to prepare for an uncertain back to school.
