Lab & Classroom Schedule

Click here to see this week's schedule. This week's visitors include the PLUS classes, Mrs. E. White, Mrs. Page, Mr. Reineck, Mrs. Lloyd, and Mrs. D. White. There are lots of open lab times if your classes need computers.

Please send a note ASAP if your plans have changed. Thank you!

Quiet Zone Rules in Effect Dec. 3-21

The last three weeks of each semester are focused on finishing final projects and preparing for exams, and our regular visitors are aware of the rules tightening up this week. We've gone back to an alternating-day schedule for all study halls (check our Edline page). Please make sure there's a really good reason for writing passes this month to help us control the number of visitors here just to be social butterflies. Thank you!

New Fiction & Nonfiction Available Every Day in December!

All book images and summaries are from our Follett catalog.

It's a Wonderful Life Dec. 6-16

CBS Sunday Morning was in Rockford last week to film dress rehearsal for Artist Ensemble's "live radio broadcast" of It's a Wonderful Life. I saw the show with family and friends over the weekend and really enjoyed it. With matinee and evening shows the next few weeks in the Cheek Theater at Rockford College, perhaps you'll have time to see it. (This is the same professional company that Betsie Swartz has performed with, in The Rabbit Hole in 2008 and Mauritus in 2011.) In a note related to the current play, the first person to email me a description of what a foley artist does wins a wonderful prize.
