Annual Thanksgiving Football Luncheon
Egg Harbor Township High School and Mainland Regional High School brought together seniors and captains from their Football, Cheer, and Marching Bands. Stories were shared about the previous games played by the teams as they vied for the coveted Kiwanis Trophy. This luncheon was special as it will be the last of its kind prior to Thanksgiving. A discussion was had about the new NJSIAA playoff system and how it affects the Thanksgiving Day game. This mutual agreement between the schools goes into effect next year. We will look to play this friendly rivalry game earlier in the season.
So come on out on Thanksgiving Day to cheer on our Eagles !!
