Medicare & Social Security 101
For: All Employees
If you are planning on retiring soon or thinking about your Social Security and Medicare benefits, this seminar is for you! Senior Benefits and Capita will be in the PDC on March 16th from 4:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. to go through your Medicare and Social Security benefits. This is a great opportunity to learn about these benefits and ask the professionals questions. Seating is limited, so please be on time.

LETRS Updates- Important Information
Thank you for your patience as we navigate best how to support teachers in our district with this State Mandated Professional Development. As we near the end of this first year of LETRS PD we have some important information.
Nominate an Outstanding Educator
The Provo City School District Foundation will once again recognize six outstanding individuals in Provo City School District. One administrator, one classified/Prof Tech employee and four teachers will be selected and honored at a dinner event in May. These employees are nominated by their peers.

ESP of the Year Award
It’s that time of year to submit ESP of the Year Nominations. For the next 2 months, we (PESPA) will be collecting nominations for ESP of the year. If you know a secretary, custodian, technology, maintenance, transportation, paraprofessional, or child nutrition worker, that has gone above and beyond and that you think should receive this award, nominate them! Have you ever wanted to share an article, blog post, or other webpage with students or colleagues, but the page is riddled with ads or other distracting content? Meet Print Friendly. Simply copy the URL of the site you want to share and paste it into printfriendly.com. Print Friendly will create a clean copy of the page and allow you to delete any elements that you do not want included. Then you can print the page, save it as a PDF, or send it via email. There is also a Chrome extension to make it even faster to use Print Friendly on any webpage.
