Hydroelectic

Hydroelectric advantages:
1. Hydroelectricity is a renewable resource. It is made from water.
2. Hydroelectricity does not pollute the air.
3. Hydroelectricity helps prevent climate changes.
4. Hydroelectricity is clean and cheap.
5. Hydroelectricity increases the stability and reliability of electricity systems.6.Hydroelectricity does not produce greenhouse gasses.
7. Once a dam is constructed, electricity can be produced at a constant rate.
Hydroelectric Disadvantages
1. Dams are extremely expensive to build and must be built to a very high standard.
2.Building a large dam alters the natural water table level.
3.The flooding of large areas of land means that the natural environment is destroyed.
4.People living in villages and towns that are in the valley to be flooded, must move out.
5. Your not able to get it everywhere, because water is not provided everywhere.
6.The building of dams hydroelectric power can also cause water problems.
7.The Creation of dams can also create flooding of dams
