Thank you to everyone who has sent in Box Tops for Education! The deadline for the second (and final) Box Tops submission of the school year is March 1, so please turn in all of your Box Tops by Wednesday, February 24.
Don't forget to label them with your child's name and teacher's name, as we're keeping track of the number of Box Tops submitted by each class, and the winning class will receive a special prize toward the end of the school year. Currently, 5M is in first place; 5R is in second and 3T is in third.

Plans are underway for this year's Jamboree!
We are looking for new or gently used items that can be re-purposed as Jamboree prizes. A box will be in the front office from Friday, January 8th through the month of February to collect prize donations.
We are happy to accept stickers, bouncy balls, Happy Meal toys, books, matchbox cars, pencils, figurines, etc.
We will also be collecting large baskets to use for the Jamboree classroom raffle baskets.

Lowell 5K - Volunteers Needed
It’s time to start planning the annual Lowell School 5k- Dash for Dr. Murphy! The date has been set for Saturday, May 7th. This year will mark the 18th year of the 5k which raises money for the American Cancer Society as a way to honor former Lowell principal, Dr. Murphy. In order to continue this fun and important tradition we need help! We are looking for businesses to sponsor the event, as well as items or services to be donated to the raffle. We are also in need of two additional co-chairs.
