It is with great hope that this monthly newsletter will keep everyone updated on events, happenings, up coming events, and celebrations of the Walled Lake Central Choir Program! I'm starting in August to give people a head start on things to come in the very busy month of September. So looking forward to an incredible year of music and fun! -Mrs. Lenze

Please join us on Thursday August 15th from 6:00-8:00 PM for our first annual Choir Ice Cream Social. This will be a great time to meet/see Mrs. Lenze before she has her baby, learn about the 2019-2020 choir year, meet the choir council board (student leadership group), meet the choir booster board (parent organization), have fun, make friends, and eat delicious ice cream!

During this time we will also be sizing ALL students for our NEW choir dresses and tuxes. It is important that we measure everyone during this time so that we will have a chance to order all of these items in time for our first concert on October 24th.

This is MANDATORY meetings for all students and at least one parental unit! We go through all of the information for students to be successful in our choir program and help parents understand the the program as a whole. During this time we will be going over all of the aspects of the choir program. During this time we also collect our choir fee. This is the expenses that are needed for a student in the program up front (instead of collecting for things throughout the year). Please bring your check book, cash, or be ready to make payment on line. Money should NEVER be a reason that a student is not part of the choir program. This is a very helpful meeting to ensure that parents and students receive communication throughout the year!

We are an award winning program that has great involvement and events inside and outside the classroom! This meeting is a huge help for everyone to be prepared and successful throughout this year.
