XO: Save and Print!
How to save or print using Google Drive.
Making it simple!
XOs are not (yet) connected directly to printers in our school. This is frustrating when a student has completed an amazing work sample that you really need to print! There are a few ways you can get around this problem.
1. Save work to a USB
2. Save work and email it to yourself (via hspsk2@gmail.com account)
3. Save work to Google Drive
Each of those ends with you logging in on another computer that is connected to a printer to open and print the file.
The third option is the most efficient. This is how to do it.
