Practical Advice for Accommodating Transgender Students in Schools

The training, featuring speaker Dan Clark, is designed to give school building staff the background and tools to successfully integrate transgender students into their buildings while protecting the district from legal or OCR action.
Training will be held in the Lang Center rooms 203 and 204. Parking at the Lang Center is limited. When spots run out please park in the parking lot below.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER: Dan Clark was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1981. He took his undergraduate degrees from Washington State University and his law degree from the University of Oregon. Dan has lived and practiced law in Douglas County since 1981. Dan advises and counsels business owners and employers. His practice also includes estate planning, probate, commercial lending, employment law, and school law. Dan is an experienced civil litigator and is admitted to practice in all the circuit courts of the State of Oregon, as well as Federal District Court.
