This year has certainly proved that we are all in this together!

Your opinion is very important to us, so we are asking you to to complete this short survey, which will provide us with feedback regarding your experience with the Family Engagement Program at your child's school. If you have students at multiple schools, please complete a separate survey for each school.

We will use the results to help us plan and improve our Family Engagement opportunities for next school year. The results will be posted on the district and each Title I school's website later this spring.
