Kindergarten Asynchronous Day - June 9

Dear Prospect kindergarten families,

On the D181 calendar, the last day of school is scheduled as a half-day on Wednesday, June 9. Because it is only a half-day, and we will be bringing in next year’s kindergarten students for an orientation that day:

  • The last day of student attendance for all D181 kindergarten students will be Tuesday, June 8.

  • Wednesday, June 9, will be an asynchronous learning day for kindergarten students.

You will receive instructional information for that day from your homeroom classroom teacher.

2021-2022 Class Placement

It is that time of year where we are beginning to plan for next school year. In the next few weeks, we will begin drafting class lists for the 2021-2022 school year. Staff invest a lot of time and effort in creating classes that are sensitive to each child's academic, social and emotional needs.

I believe parents are also a huge part of the this process and value your input as you know your child best. Please complete the Parent Input Form by May 7th.

Mindful Monday

This week's Mindful Monday is being brought to us by Mrs. Richardson.
